Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role involves delivering hiring results for manufacturing positions, enhancing client and candidate experiences, and strengthening the employer brand.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires Japanese talent acquisition experience, as well as experience hiring for roles in the manufacturing space. The successful candidate will be able to utilise and maintain an ATS and other client/project systems.

A strong ability to sell value proposition, negotiate, and close candidates is essential for this role. Problem-solving capability and self-motivation are also required, as is the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
