Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for various roles within the organization, ensuring that the best talent is identified, attracted, and hired.
This role involves developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, managing the candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Senior Specialist will also mentor the Analyst, Sr. Analyst and Specialist.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Sourcing and Recruiting:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to find candidates.
- Leads sourcing activities such as but not limited job fairs, campus recruitment
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
2. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business partners to understand their specific needs
- and support throughout the hiring process, including developing job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
- Offer market insights and salary benchmarks to assist in making informed hiring decisions.
3. Perform full recruitment cycle including but not limited to job posting, screening, assessment, job offer, background check and onboarding
4. Manage interview process
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
5. Offer negotiation and onboarding
- Work with Total Rewards Team and HRBP in the job offer package
- Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages
6. Manage Talent Acquisition system
7. Employer branding
- Promote the company's employer brand through social media, employee referral program and other channels
8. Coordination with organizations for school partnership
9. Ensure good candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and ensure they are well-informed about their application status.
- Represent the company's values and culture during interactions with potential hires.
10. Metrics and Reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics and generate regular reports on the recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
11. Providing guidance to junior recruiters
- Share best practices and recruitment techniques to improve team performance.
- Assist in training new team members on recruitment tools and processes.
- Act as back-up to the Manager in supervising the team in the absence of the latter.
12. Perform other tasks that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or similar course
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition; experience in a shared service or fast-paced environment, preferred
- Sourcing strategies, competency/behavior-based interviewing, ability to influence, stakeholder engagement, ATS Managements
- Recruitment expertise (methodologies, tools and techniques)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ethical practices
- Technology proficiency (ATS tool management, HR tools for scheduling of candidates, managing job posting)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to details and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build strong relationship with the hiring managers and candidates
- Stakeholder management (internal and external including partner schools and organizations)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
