Job Scope and Responsibilities

Organizational Assessment:

  • Assists in conducting surveys, assessments, and evaluations to identify organizational development needs.
  • Collaborates with the Training & Development to analyze assessment data and recommend improvement strategies.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

  • Collaborates with HR, department managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and align development initiatives with organizational goals to be discussed to the Training & Development Team.
  • Coordinates with external trainers or vendors when necessary.
  • Collaborating with leadership to create long-term organizational development plans that align with the company's mission, vision, and objectives.
  • Leading or supporting large-scale change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance by engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Leadership Development:

  • Designing and implementing leadership programs to ensure that leaders are equipped with the skills needed to drive organizational success.

Culture Transformation:

  • Assessing and refining the organization's culture to ensure it supports innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives and make data-driven recommendations. Provide regular reports on organizational development initiatives and their impact on company performance.

Educational Trends and Best Practices:

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in organizational development. Your insights will contribute to the evolution of strategies and methodologies within the organization.

Workforce Planning and Workload Assessment

  • Conduct workload analysis to evaluate employee responsibilities, task distribution, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess workload imbalances and recommend adjustments.
  • Develop strategies to improve resource allocation and reduce employee burnout.
  • Provide data-driven insights on workforce planning and productivity improvement.
  • Workforce Planning ensures that the right number of employees with the right skills are assigned to the right roles.
  • Resource Allocation & Optimization involves adjusting job responsibilities to improve productivity and reduce burnout.

Job Description Audit & Evaluation

  • Review and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with current business needs and industry standards.
  • Conduct job analysis to identify necessary skills, competencies, and qualifications for each role.
  • Ensure job descriptions are clear, consistent, and compliant with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Benchmark job roles against industry standards to maintain competitive job structures.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Training and Development.
  • Knowledge in Balance Scorecard is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR roles related to organizational development, job analysis, or workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with all facets of HR, job evaluation tools, labor regulations, and ability to collaborate with co-employees and leaders of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of OD principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze organizational challenges and develop solutions.
  • Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to conduct surveys, analyze data, and implement action plans
  • Ability to interpret HR and organizational data to drive decisions.
  • Strong ability to influence and guide leaders and teams.
