GoTyme is a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. About the role

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for selling payroll and closed accounts based on GoTyme Bank's priorities:

  • Manages Client / Account Lifecycle to achieve sales and objectives to optimize returns while strengthening a Service Culture.
  • Translates broad strategies into specific sales objectives, programs, and action plans that fit area/industry/channel opportunities.
  • Cultivates mutually beneficial partnerships with enterprise accounts and channel intermediaries to drive sales and growth.
  • Works with internal groups to deliver GoTyme's service & product promise to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures best possible planning, execution, and management of resources in accordance with business strategies.
  • Drives adherence to organizational processes and standards to maintain efficient operations.
  • Future acquisitions that may include merchants and other industries that will have GoTyme Bank as one of the MOPs.
Must haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
