GoTyme is a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. This venture combines the trusted Gokongwei brand, customer base, and distribution ecosystem with Tyme's globally proven digital banking technology and hands-on experience building South Africa's leading digital bank, TymeBank.

About the roleThe Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for selling payroll and closed accounts based on GoTyme Bank's priorities:
- Manages Client / Account Lifecycle to achieve sales and objectives to optimize returns while strengthening a Service Culture.
- Translates broad strategies into specific sales objectives, programs, and action plans that fit area/industry/channel opportunities.
- Cultivates mutually beneficial partnerships with enterprise accounts and channel intermediaries to drive sales and growth.
- Works with internal groups to deliver GoTyme's service & product promise to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures best possible planning, execution, and management of resources in accordance with business strategies.
- Drives adherence to organizational processes and standards to maintain efficient operations.
- Future acquisitions that may include merchants and other industries that will have GoTyme Bank as one of the MOPs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
- Experience in market-driven innovation and adapting to industry trends.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated decision-making and accountability in business operations.
- Track record of achieving results and business growth.
- Expertise in business development, negotiation, and influencing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in partner, project, and resource management.
- Strong presentation and performance management capabilities.
- Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office programs.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
