An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a leading global Open Finance technology provider for banks, lenders, e-wallets, and online businesses for the position of Enterprise Sales Manager (remote) based in Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies that target enterprise clients within the specific territories to increase sales revenue by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their evolving needs.
  • Identifying and developing partnerships with other organizations that can help the company achieve specific business goals.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration that can benefit both parties.
  • Communicating effectively with government officials and other stakeholders to influence policy decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical solution sales in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) as an Enterprise Sales Manager or similar positions.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, results-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
  • Organizational and leadership ability, along with problem-solving aptitude.
