Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Cold Caller/Appointment Setters for a U.S based campaign. This role focuses on outbound calls for debt consolidation, repair services, and home improvement solutions such as roofing and solar panel installations.

Key Qualifications
  • Must have BPO experience
  • Proven background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing (B2B or B2C), or appointment setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have good tonality, a neutral or clear accent, and strong English proficiency
  • Persuasive and confident in handling customer objections
  • Resilient and able to handle multiple rejections and work under pressure
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Make 300–500 outbound calls per day
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments with potential customers
  • Maintain a professional and engaging tone throughout all calls
  • Accept coaching and apply feedback to improve performance
  • Thrive in a results-driven environment
