Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, outreach, and engage potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate qualified appointments.
  • Qualify leads using predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM (lead status, call outcomes, appointment details, follow-ups).
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel with timely follow-ups and relevant information.
  • Prepare prospects for the sales meeting by providing context and setting expectations.
  • Capture and report feedback from prospects to improve processes and messaging.
  • Handle basic objections and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Stay informed about products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

  • at least 6 months Prior experience as an appointment setter, telemarketing, inside sales, or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong listening skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools; familiarity with dialers and email automation is a plus.
  • Ability to qualify leads accurately and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and data-entry skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: Php150.00 per hour
