About the job Quality and Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality and Reporting Analyst to establish a comprehensive quality and reporting framework across key workstreams. This role will be pivotal in identifying potential risks related to quality, volume, and backlogs, ensuring our operations maintain the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue Tracking and Monitoring:

  • Ensure all issues and errors are captured and reported accurately.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of inflow and outflow to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Calibration with Executive Team and Leads:

  • Set up weekly calls with Operational Leads to discuss issues raised and potential risks from the previous week.
  • Align root causes of identified issues to facilitate targeted solutions.

Process Improvement and Performance Management:

  • Share results with HR for appropriate performance management actions as needed.
  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to the N:N Executive Team and Operational Excellence Team for review and assessment.

Bottleneck Identification:

  • Analyze bottlenecks in processes and communicate findings to the N:N Executive Team.

Data Accuracy Assurance:

  • Ensure data integrity by implementing processes that guarantee accurate and reliable information for informed decision-making.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Collaborate with team leads to track key performance indicators (KPIs), assessing progress and performance against established goals.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, reporting, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient MS Office and data visualization and reporting tools
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
