IT Technical Support Staff

Monitors and maintains all network infrastructure components, including connectivity, interconnectivity, and remote access, to ensure uninterrupted and secure operations.
Coordinates with the Network Administrator and/or Infrastructure Management and Security Head to address issues related to network performance, security, and physical or environmental conditions of data centers.
Conducts routine backups (daily, weekly, monthly) of network application configuration files and ensures immediate restoration when needed.
Installs, configures, and tests network hardware in coordination with Systems Administration, and implements application, hardware, and systems upgrades to maintain service continuity. • Performs preventive maintenance on network facilities and data centers as scheduled and provides status reports and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare technical documentation, including weekly accomplishment reports and other required network-related reports.
Recommends network upgrades and improvements, ensuring compliance with security protocols and risk management standards.
Supports the continuity of network operations, including data centers, test environments, mobile connectivity, internet access, and office network infrastructure, in collaboration with key IT personnel.
Provides technical and administrative support to the Systems Administrator, including assistance with systems maintenance, upgrades, and documentation.
Assists in monitoring system infrastructure and file servers, ensuring completion of daily, weekly, and monthly backups of dynamic files, and reporting issues related to system availability, performance, or security.
Coordinates with the Systems Administrator and/or Infrastructure and Security Management Head to address physical and environmental concerns in data centers and system-related incidents.
Assists in the installation, testing, and maintenance of IT hardware and peripherals (e.g., computers, printers, scanners), including patching, version upgrades, and on-call troubleshooting, in accordance with operations manuals.
Conducts preventive maintenance and provides status reports, ensuring minimal downtime of systems such as email, internet, HRIS, and other business applications.
Manages and disseminates information, schedules meetings, and maintains both technical and administrative records and documentation.
Collaborate with the Systems Administrator and Infrastructure and Security Management Head in the management and upkeep of all IT facilities (e.g., repair areas, server rooms, injection rooms, and storage).
Delivers technical support to end-users, enabling smooth continuity of work through reliable IT services and devices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science and any related course
With 1-2 years work experience in technical support or service desk
Willing to be assigned in Pasig City
