Role Description

This is a full-time role for Technical Staff, located on-site in Metro Manila. The Technical Staff will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing technical problems, data analytics, assisting with system maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations across five core competencies of the firm.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in providing Technical Support
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Relevant experience in the consulting or political sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science discipline and/or Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
