Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Level 2/3 IT Support Technician with smart hands capability to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients can operate smoothly and efficiently by providing top‑note IT support. From installing new systems and setting up networks to diagnosing and resolving technical issues, your expertise will make a real impact. This is a lead position covering core hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM local time , so candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and taking ownership during those hours. You will also be expected to follow direction on any network equipment work, acting as on‑site smart hands for complex tasks. What You’ll Be Doing: Working closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Installing and maintaining IT systems, including PCs, networking setups, and mobile devices Responding to and escalating support requests to ensure timely resolution Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance services Collaborating with help desks and support centers to ensure seamless IT operations Assisting in the development of repair and testing processes Providing smart hands support and executing tasks under guidance for network‑related activities What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Representative or in a similar role Level 2/3 technical support experience, ideally in a lead capacity Hands‑on experience managing and maintaining technical equipment Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills – you love a good challenge A team player with great time‑management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping people Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to streamline workflows Willingness and availability to work core hours from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM local time If you’re eager to bring your IT skills to a fast‑paced and exciting environment, we want to hear from you Join us and be part of a team that delivers exceptional IT support every day.
