The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail operations across multiple store locations. Key Responsibilities Provide first and second‑level IT support for store and office employees via phone, email, and in‑person. Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, printers, barcode scanners, payment terminals, and back‑office systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in retail outlets. Coordinate with vendors for POS software updates, system integrations, and hardware maintenance. Support inventory management systems, ERP applications, and other retail‑related technologies. Manage and monitor network devices (routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points) in retail stores. Assist in setting up new stores and relocating IT equipment as required. Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions. Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to IT policies across all retail sites. Provide training and technical guidance to end users on IT best practices and system usage.
