Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Cebu City or Clark, Pampanga or Tarlac City

Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM (Monday-Friday)

Work Arrangement: Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE Responsibilities

• Accurately process bi-weekly, weekly and semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple EINs.
• Enter, audit, and maintain payroll data such as hours, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour law
• Review and validate time file submissions and resolve discrepancies with managers
• Assist with payroll-related reporting and reconciliations
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, timekeeping, and pay statements
• Maintain payroll records and support audits or compliance requests as needed
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to support accurate payroll processing and reporting

ABOUT YOU

• Graduate of Payroll, HR, Accounting, or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
• Strong working knowledge of payroll practices and regulations
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with payroll/timekeeping systems
• Preferred, but not required: Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing
• Basic understanding of payroll taxes and deductions
