About the Role
  • Accurately reconcile financial accounts to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Efficiently record fixed assets, liabilities, and journal entries with attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding unknown expenses and discrepancies to resolve issues promptly.
  • Timely file monthly GE taxes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Request W-9 vendor forms and prepare 1099 forms at year-end for compliance purposes.
  • Provide financial reports after reconciliation and upon request to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage full-charge bookkeeping for multiple clients: Enter invoices, track account balances, cut checks, correspond with vendors, and reconcile accounts.

Payroll:

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multiple clients to ensure timely payments.
  • File monthly payroll taxes and quarterly payroll returns for regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with or complete client payroll audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide payroll reports upon request to support informed decision-making.
  • Prepare W-2 forms at year-end for compliance.
  • Add new employees and assist with employee packets as needed.
About You
  • At least 2-3 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
  • US payroll experience (PH experience is acceptable).
  • QBO/QBD software expertise.
  • Experience working in an accounting firm and handling multiple clients.
  • Multiple client experience is a plus.
