Job Overview

Tax professionals with 1 year of US taxation experience are needed for an onsite role.

Key locations include Clark, Pampanga, Tarlac City, and IT Park, Cebu City.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

Work arrangement: Onsite.

Job Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping & Client Support: Provide support to clients on bookkeeping matters.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare individual (Form 1040), partnership (Form 1065), S-corporation (Form 1120S), and corporate (Form 1120) tax returns.
  • Payroll: Assist with payroll processing for small business clients; support compliance tasks, including quarterly and annual payroll filings.
Requirements
  • Accounting or finance degree preferred.
  • Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Drake Tax is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks during busy seasons.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude are required.
