Job Overview

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional with intermediate-level experience who can excel in bookkeeping tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software such as ADP, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Accounting CS (ACS), and will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ADP.
  • Process payroll using ADP, ensuring accurate calculations of wages, taxes, and deductions.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare and submit tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll with tax accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ADP.
  • Experience with Accounting CS (ACS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of US payroll and tax regulations is a plus.
