ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Accountant with intermediate-level experience, who can also excel in bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software such as ADP, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Accounting CS (ACS), and will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

• Manage and maintain the company\'s accounting records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ADP.
• Process payroll using ADP, ensuring accurate calculations of wages, taxes, and deductions.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and submit tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare reports for senior management and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.

ABOUT YOU:

• 2-3 years of experience in payroll with tax accounting (Philippine experience is acceptable).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ADP.
• Experience with Accounting CS (ACS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of US payroll and tax regulations is a plus.
