Position: Outbound Telemarketing Officer (Intermediate) – Remote – Dayshift

Location: Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran, Paranaque
Work setup & shift: Work From Home | Dayshift
What You'll Do- As an Outbound Telemarketing Officer, you will play a key role in securing appointments for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers through outbound calls, understand their needs, and effectively present relevant products and services.
- Maintain an accurate customer database, follow up with prospects, and collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies.
- Strive to exceed targets, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the sales and marketing strategy.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Conduct outbound calls to nurture leads and book appointments
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate to close sales
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to exceed conversion targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer database (CRM)
- Track and report on call outcomes, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Provide feedback on call scripts and market trends to improve conversion rates
- Adapt to various industries and client needs to maximise lead quality
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build trust and long-term relationships
- Communicate with prospects professionally and persuasively to establish rapport
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and telemarketing best practices
- Stay informed on industry trends and client offerings for tailored conversations
- Relevant experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a similar role
- Understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of telemarketing regulations and data privacy compliance
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting sales conversations
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Adaptability and the ability to learn about different industries quickly
- High level of motivation, energy, and a results-driven mindset
