Overview

We are currently looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to be based in our Bulacan warehouse. This role is critical in bridging communication between our head office and third-party logistics (3PL) provider, ensuring smooth coordination, timely order fulfillment, and strict adherence to packaging and delivery requirements. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a warehouse-based, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the on-site representative at the Bulacan warehouse, overseeing daily order fulfillment and outbound operations.
  • Coordinate closely with 3PL warehouse staff to align on packing standards, shipment cut-off times, and order accuracy.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with packaging requirements, branding standards, and customer-specific instructions.
  • Track outbound schedules and ensure timely dispatch of orders to meet service-level agreements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the head office and warehouse team for operational updates and urgent requests.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of inventory movements, reconciliations, and stock adjustments with the 3PL team.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, packaging issues, or shipment delays quickly and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly reports on warehouse activities, fulfillment status, and issues encountered.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate between HO teams and 3PL partners.
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems, order tracking tools, and inventory processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability to ensure timeliness and accuracy of outbound shipments.
  • Must be open to warehouse-based work in Bulacan, with adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
