Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with key accounts’ decision-makers or representatives
  • Understand details and drivers of assigned sellers and be responsible for the seller’s growth and management at Shopee Mall
  • Analyze data points to provide insights to brands regarding sales performance and operational improvements
  • Assist in troubleshooting seller-related problems and provide actionable proactive solutions to potential issues
  • Drive category growth by ensuring seller campaign participation and marketing support
  • Provide in-depth insights on assigned sellers to Category Managers / Team Leads to execute overall category strategies aligned with the brand’s goals
Qualifications
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • With minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in key account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Process-oriented and logical
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Amenable to work in The Podium, Mandaluyong City
