Responsibilities- Establish and maintain good working relationships with key accounts’ decision-makers or representatives
- Understand details and drivers of assigned sellers and be responsible for the seller’s growth and management at Shopee Mall
- Analyze data points to provide insights to brands regarding sales performance and operational improvements
- Assist in troubleshooting seller-related problems and provide actionable proactive solutions to potential issues
- Drive category growth by ensuring seller campaign participation and marketing support
- Provide in-depth insights on assigned sellers to Category Managers / Team Leads to execute overall category strategies aligned with the brand’s goals
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
- With minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in key account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Process-oriented and logical
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Amenable to work in The Podium, Mandaluyong City
