For more information about Solenis, please visit We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Support the optimization and troubleshooting of Solenis mining and water treatment technologies to ensure efficient performance and issue resolution at customer sites. Partner with Marketing and R&D teams to identify customer needs, participate in lab testing and plant trials, and support the commercialization of new technologies. Lead technical support for the Phosphate segment, covering unit operations like mining, grinding, flotation, and water treatment—including foam control, thickening, and scale control. Optimize chemical applications and operational controls through chemical modeling, data analysis, and real-time evaluation of plant parameters. Develop and execute trial plans aligned with customer KPIs, support on-site testing, and provide post-trial analysis and recommendations. Work with customers to audit operations and identify where Solenis technologies can enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Drive value by identifying and developing high-potential accounts through technical insights and strategic application of Solenis solutions. Qualifications Background in Mechanical, Environmental, or Mining Engineering Mining Industry Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience, particularly in mining operations and mineral processing plants. Technical Exposure: Familiarity with equipment and chemical solutions used in mining; experience with Tier 2 mining companies is preferred. Water Treatment Expertise: Background in selling water treatment products, especially flocculants and thickeners. Customer Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage service teams, listen actively, and ask the right questions. Sales Skills: Capable of maintaining and growing existing accounts, upselling solutions, and identifying new business opportunities. Professional Traits: Demonstrates patience and persistence, particularly in navigating delays and long sales cycles. Work Setup: Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday, with possible on-call responsibilities depending on customer needs.
