We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide exceptional client experiences through outbound calls. In this role, you’ll support the sales process by qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions with empathy and professionalism. Your efforts will contribute to driving conversions while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Handle outbound calls with a focus on customer qualification and conversion. Deliver empathetic, solutions-focused support to clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM systems. Provide clear and accurate guidance on decision-making resources, including aged care placement. Navigate sensitive and emotional conversations with professionalism and understanding. Work independently while contributing to team goals. Ensure compliance with call guidelines and quality standards. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of telephone-based customer service experience in a high-volume environment. Proven track record in outbound calling and sales conversions. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Industry knowledge in aged care placement (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
