Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems. Responsibilities and Duties: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work flexibility.
