A Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, manage job postings, and utilize recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates. Additionally, they assist in coordinating interviews, tracking candidates through the hiring process, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The role involves handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring timely communication, and contributing to the overall talent strategy to meet the company's staffing needs.

Work Setup:

Hybrid Setup - Makati

10AM to 7PM

Weekends off

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates or at least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in volume hiring.

Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must be willing to work onsite once a week, 3x a month.

Must have a stable internet connection at home for remote work.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
