Vena Group Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring process from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This includes aligning job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations. Strategic Sourcing: Utilizing a variety of channels to find and engage with passive candidates. This includes using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, social media, professional networks, and attending career events. Building Talent Pipelines: Proactively identifying and building relationships with potential candidates for future roles, even when there are no immediate openings. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their business needs, provide market insights, and offer recommendations on talent strategies. Process Improvement: Analyzing recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill and source of hire) to identify areas for improvement and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques. Employer Branding: Contributing to the company's employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience and representing the company at various events. Pre-requisites Experience: At least 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in full cycle recruiting and onboarding. Preferably someone with experience in the renewable energy sector. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), human resources information systems (HRIS), and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobstreet. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical for building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinking, strong time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also vital. Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, is required. Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a definite plus.
