Konvy, Thailand's largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its success in the Philippines. We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our pioneer team. In this role, you will manage the full trade marketing cycle, including in-store promotions, merchandising execution, and coordination with sales and modern trade partners.

  • Coordinate with Key Account Managers and merchandising teams to ensure promo materials are properly placed and priced in-store.
  • Monitor store performance or reports to spot promo sell-through, slow-moving items, or out-of-stock issues needing action.
  • Align with Key Account Managers and field teams on launch timelines, promo calendars, and merchandising plans across modern trade partners.
  • Analyze sales data and trade activity results to recommend adjustments that improve ROI and promotional effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or any related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of trade marketing experience, preferably with exposure to modern trade channels in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for data analysis, spreadsheet management, and report generation.
  • Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City) in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
