
Sales Representative

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors. You will drive sales growth, meet targets, and ensure our products are well-represented in the market. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to promote and sell IT products
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and partner training sessions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with partners to close deals
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates to management
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience; CCTV sales or sales background is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel or be assigned to different locations as needed
