Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Planning and Market Expansion in Philippines: Develop channel models and market strategies aligned with annual sales targets and local market characteristics. Identify potential high-quality partners, assist in business negotiations, and ensure effective execution of channel plans through communication and negotiation with distributors.
  2. Sales Order Management: Draft, sign, and execute order contracts, monitor on-time delivery (OTD), and support logistics and distributors in customs declaration and clearance processes to ensure smooth sales workflows.
  3. Market and Channel Development: Track and analyze macro environment factors in the Philippines, including market size, competition, consumer demands, and trends. Convey company standards to distributors, monitor channel construction progress, inspect completed channels, and provide rectification suggestions. Compile market research reports to support company decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in international trade practices, channel development, management, and system/process development.
  • Proficiency in office tools; experience with Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience in market development and marketing in the Philippines is preferred.
  • Work Experience: Over 5 years.
