Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for managing and executing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws and company policies, and HR reporting. This role supports employee engagement and organizational development in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee integration.
  • Administer payroll, government contributions, benefits, and other related programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies; handle employee relations, including grievances and dispute resolution.
  • Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes; assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Coordinate training and development programs as needed.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team and management.
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and related administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in human resources (generalist or officer role).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel as required by the role.
