Job DescriptionPEOPLE ACQUISITION (RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT)
- Lead the full People Acquisition cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, impact interviews, background checks, completion of onboarding requirements and documentation.
- Promote the company's reputation as an attractive and rewarding place to work.
- Collaborate with Department Heads to understand and meet hiring needs strategically and efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and refine sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates through online employment forums, social media and other job posting platform.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team in the screening process to ensure alignment with organizational goals and role expectations.
- Facilitate and conduct structured impact interviews focusing on role-specific competencies (technical and soft skills), relevant experience and cultural fit.
- Management and monitoring of the Internship Program, from screening, onboarding and post-internship preparation of documents.
- Stay up-to-date with current labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure full legal compliance across HR practices.
- Management and monitoring of manpower registration and GBiz disbursement enrolment.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Leads the design, implementation, and compliance of compensation and benefits program to ensure employee retention.
- Review and approve statutory benefits applications and verify employee eligibility compliance.
- Monitoring of timely processing and remittance of contributions for SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
- Management and monitoring of enrollment, updates, and maintenance of company health plans such as HMO, Group Life Insurance Program, Medicine Credit Line Program and other company-initiated benefits.
- Recommends service provider for PAR related to the evaluation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts based on approval of the Department Head.
- Review and validate timekeeping reports for payroll processing on a per-payout basis.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS), especially during onboarding
TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
- Supervise, coach, and develop the People Acquisition and Retention team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Conduct quarterly performance check-ins with direct reports to evaluate individual and team performance, align expectations, and implement improvement or development plans where needed.
- Monitor progress based on individual goals, address skill gaps, and provide continuous feedback and support.
- Ensure accountability through PAR tracker, regular reporting, and action plans.
Skills and Qualifications Set for the Job:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in HR, with a focus on people acquisition (recruitment) and compensation & benefits, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory or leadership role
- With background in Philippine labor laws, benefits administration, and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll systems is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources.

Employee Relations & Support

- Handle all matters with confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring trust and compliance;
- Support and track Work Health & Safety activities in coordination with key stakeholders.
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, changes in employment conditions, probation tracking, and offboarding;
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of employment contracts, letters of offer, variation letters, and termination documentation;
- Keep employee records and P&C data is accurate, current, and compliant.
- Maintain and update employee files, registers, forms, and templates in P&C systems.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective P&C service delivery;
- Support the development and distribution of internal communications as needed;
- Provide responsive and customer-focused service to all levels of the organization.
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers;
- Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements across internal and external platforms;
- Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and organize interview logistics;
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate pre-employment screening processes;
