Overview

Training Head is responsible for leading the training department and ensuring that all learning initiatives are aligned with the company’s objectives and vision. This role involves overseeing a team of trainers, developing and maintaining training programs and materials, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and driving continuous improvement in employee performance through strategic training interventions.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery across the organization.
  2. Design, develop, and regularly update training materials that reflect company goals, standards, and operational needs.
  3. Develop and manage weekly and monthly training schedules.
  4. Manage the company's LMS platform, ensuring all learning materials and modules are up-to-date and well-organized.
  5. Collaborate with Operations to adjust training content based on real-time field feedback.
  6. Ensure SOPs are accurately reflected and reinforced in training materials and delivery.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to identify operational gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
  8. Stay updated with learning and development trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the training framework
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in field of expertise
  2. Certified Professional in Training Management
  3. Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Has passion for teaching and public speaking
  5. Must be proficient in training methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork abilities
  6. With proven experience as Training Head
