Job Description

The role of HR Administrator is to provide support to the Head of People and other departments within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and acting as a first point of contact for basic HR queries.

They will also assist with scheduling check-ins, feedback cycles, and training sessions, as well as update learning and development logs and performance records. Additionally, they will generate reports and spot inefficiencies in workflows to suggest small process improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven, organised individual who is comfortable handling confidential information and has excellent attention to detail. They will work closely with the Head of People and other departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS, spreadsheets, and Microsoft 365
