Overview

Production Head to oversee manufacturing operations and production planning & control (PPC) . This role ensures efficient production, optimal resource allocation, and timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Supervise and train production and PPC teams for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop production plans and implement master production schedules (MPS) to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and train production and PPC teams for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Oversee manufacturing operations , ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control.
  • Manage inventory levels, material planning, and workflow coordination .
  • Analyze production data and KPIs to improve processes and reduce waste.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company production standards and guidelines .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field .
  • Proven 3 to 5 years experience in production management and PPC, preferably in garment manufacturing industry .
  • Strong skills in planning, process optimization, and workforce management .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities .
