GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES- Create, coordinate, and execute all Sales Processes
- Interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide information about products or Services
- Actively seeking out new sales product and opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Managing the process of coordinating with other departments to fulfill them.
- Practice the CVM Core always
- Achieve revenue target month by month under his/her scope.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Present sales performance to the team and to management at any given time.
- Setting and working towards sales targets and objective
- Continuously learning and improving skills and knowledge
- Comply with the company's operating procedures and policies.
- Practice in all training and development programs.
- Comply with the Company "Code of Discipline", Company standard operating procedures, and policy.
- Attend engagement activities, such as but not limited to: Companywide events, Team meetings, Team building events, Seminars, Kick-off ceremony, Year-end Party
- Performs such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
- Production and collection target for the month
- Ensure achievement of Production and Collection Target
- Initiate Business and Product Growth and expansion
- Review
- Conduct Quarterly Business reviews
- Review and identify weaknesses in the controls of the operational procedures and recommend possible changes to correct these weaknesses
- Weekly alignment meeting (level 10).
- Report/Monitoring
- ISO compliance
- SOP Codification
- Production and Collection Report Update
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 3-5 years experience in managerial position in sales and marketing department.
- Computer Literate
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Honest and trustworthy
- Hardworking
- Reliable
- Organized and focused
