Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines with experience in SaaS or ERP sales . The ideal candidate has a strong background in lead generation for new and existing business , thrives in a high-outreach environment, and understands the consultative nature of solution selling in the enterprise software space. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads for Workday®-related consulting services through outbound activities (calls, emails, social outreach). Research and identify target accounts across key industries using online tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.). Proactively reach out to new prospects and re-engage existing or dormant accounts. Understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of AssistNow’s services in HR, finance, and payroll optimization. Qualify prospects based on need, budget, timeline, and decision-making process. Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives or senior sales staff. Maintain accurate records of all activities in a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, leads, and meetings booked. Stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies. Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align efforts and feedback.Requirements Must-Have: Based in the Philippines, preferably in or near Metro Manila, Cebu, or other major business hubs . 2+ years of experience in SaaS, ERP, or B2B tech sales —specifically in lead generation or inside sales . Proven ability to conduct high-volume outreach via phone and email. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar . Comfortable discussing technology solutions with business or HR decision-makers. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Preferred: Familiarity with Workday® or similar ERP/HCM systems is a plus. Experience working with U.S.-based or international clients.
