The Employee Relations Specialist shall provide support in the implementation of company-wide programs, such as but not limited to employee engagement, SM Life etc. for employees. The role will also support in monitoring the minimum compliance requirements (workplace health & safety, DOLE, etc.) are in place and complied with by the different SM Store companies. Responsibilities: Assist the Sr. Manager for Employee Engagement in the development of budget, policies, and procedures relevant to the operation of the employee engagement activities and wellness programs Coordinate, assist in planning and facilitating engagement programs for employees in the stores Compile statistical summaries of participant data, attendance, and equipment inventory to ensure proper detailed program evaluation Assist in ensuring that the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are maintained and evaluated to ensure effectiveness Provide assistance in delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications Coordinate with the HRBPs as to the use of tools in delivering advisories and announcements including the Company’s calendar of activities. Support in monitoring the labor compliance performance of the stores Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field At least 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity or officer role in Employee Engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
