This role combines hands-on training coordination with strategic learning and development planning to build skills, improve performance, and support career development across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage training programs (onboarding, soft skills, technical, and compliance). Identify learning needs and create tailored development plans. Lead leadership and career development initiatives. Measure training effectiveness and report on results. Collaborate with managers to enhance team capability and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in training or L&D roles; telco industry background is a plus. Strong facilitation, planning, and communication skills. Experience as a speaker or host during mall activities or product launch events is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple programs.
