Overview Job title: Production Coordinator — Play'n GO Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely in the Philippines. Employer: Play'n GO What The Role Entails Team member role with oversight and general supervision responsibilities Advocates for and applies Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project needs Leads sprint and milestone planning sessions in collaboration with the Game Producer, ensuring alignment with project priorities Facilitates Sprint retrospectives to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement Tracks production progress and collaborates with the Game Team and Game Producer to proactively address and resolve issues Maintains and updates JIRA to ensure accurate resource planning and provide a comprehensive project overview Supports the Game Producer in coordinating key activities such as certification, translation, marketing, and sales deliveries Oversees the Game Production process and effectively liaises with stakeholders in the Game Producer’s absence What We Ask Of You Proven experience or relevant qualifications in Project Management (or similar roles) Exceptionally organized with a keen attention to detail Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines effectively Proactive and solution-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Charismatic communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Collaborative team player, adaptable to diverse work environments Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills What’s in it for you?
