Production Coordinator

Job Summary: The Production Coordinator coordinates and gives daily schedule to the offset operators, digital artist/operator and the entire production team. It also includes preparation of paper materials, monitoring press and digital production, and ensuring efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards and safety. Must have an experience in a printing company of at least 5 years either as Production Supervisor or Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor press and digital operations for quality and report issues to Company Owner/Manager.
  • Oversees maintenance of cleanliness of work areas.
  • Follow job specifications and monitor production schedules.
  • Report maintenance or needed repairs to Company Owner/Manager.
  • Responsible for requesting material for production like needed paper, inks, chemicals, toners, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Regularly reports production concerns to Company Owner/Manager.
  • Ensures deliveries are made as scheduled.
  • Plans driver/delivery itinerary schedules every day for approval of Company Owner/manager.
  • Relays itinerary to Driver and Helper.

Education: At least high-school graduate. College level preferred

Work Experience: At least 5 years experience in a printing press preferred.

Qualification:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, or overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php850.00 per day
