I. JOB IDENTIFICATION

Job Title : Production Coordinator

Job Classification : Supervisory

Job Grade : S3

Reports to (Job Title): Creative Operations Manager

Supervises : None

II. JOB SUMMARY

The Production Coordinator oversees product pullouts, shoot preparation and studio operations for product

onboarding and content production within the Ecommerce Department. They track props and equipment

inventory, check SKU lists during shoots, and review uploaded images.

III. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with relevant teams for product pullout, preparation, verification, delivery and returns for product

onboarding shoots.

  • Check SKU lists during shoots to ensure all listed items are photographed.

  • Ensure all products are complete, properly labeled, and in good condition before being photographed.

  • Assist Content Team with administrative tasks needed for shoot preparation and execution.

  • Review and double-check uploaded images

  • Ensure images are properly labeled and stored in Photo Library

  • Organize, maintain and update props inventory used for shoots and studio equipment

  • Prepare post-shoot reports detailing completed SKUs and pending items.

IV. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College Graduate, experience in production coordination, studio operations or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle production challenges on the spot.

  • Ability to maintain order, enforce studio guidelines, and ensure workflow efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Comfortable working in a studio environment with physical product handling.

  • Ability to lift and move products and props as needed during shoots.

  • Experience in design and photography is a plus.
