Job Overview:

As the PD Coordinator (Fashion), you will be supporting the design team by coordinating the development of fashion products from concept to final sample. Your role must ensure all product ideas are translated accurately into production-ready pieces and that timelines, quality, and brand standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in creating and updating tech packs, ensuring all specifications, measurements, and construction details are accurate.

· Collaborate with designers to refine concepts into production-ready styles.

· Act as a bridge between design, development, and operations.

· Source materials, trims, and vendors as needed for each collection.

· Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to follow up on sampling, revisions, and production requirements.

· Coordinate development timelines from design handoff to final sample approval.

· Track and organize samples, swatches, and production files.

· Support quality checks during sampling and pre-production stages.

· Maintain documentation and keep development trackers and tech pack files updated.

· Coordinate fittings and take detailed notes for revisions.

· Help ensure on-time delivery of samples and production-ready items.
