JOB OVERVIEW

The Product Associate will support the product management and sales teams in handling product coordination, pricing, and vendor-related activities. This role ensures that product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate and updated while coordinating closely with Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing and maintaining vendor product lines, pricing, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Marketing teams to support product and sales initiatives.
  • Prepare product proposals, quotations, and sales materials.
  • Track and analyze product performance, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure accuracy of product data and pricing in internal systems and documents.
  • Support product training, launches, and marketing activities.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of product and vendor information.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates and those with experience in product coordination, sales support, or marketing, preferably within an IT reseller or distribution company.
  • Familiar with vendor pricing, product line management, and related sales processes.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn about technical products and IT solutions.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Additional training in IT Sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
