Associate, Client Support - Capital Markets (Pooling)

Location: Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines

Overview

Join the S&P Global Market Intelligence Client Services team in Manila. We provide clients with world-class product support and research for Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. We strive for excellence in client experience and collaboration, supporting a global client base.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class client experience while performing support and finance-related research.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure inquiries are fully resolved and that they maximize the product’s potential.
  • Channel client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries.
  • Provide real-time client feedback to content teams to improve accuracy.
  • Relay client ideas and feedback to Product Management to stay relevant to the market.
  • Offer platform trainings for prospect and existing clients.
  • Answer client inquiries and provide assistance with our products and platforms.
Basic Qualifications
  • Open to hiring fresh graduates
  • 1-2 years of client support experience is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn
  • Willing to learn Corporate Finance
  • Open to varying shifts (may include weekends/holidays on rotation; typical workweek is five days)
  • Shift assignments may be permanent based on APAC/EMEA/US client coverage
  • 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM–3:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM–5:00 AM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Finance background
  • Adaptable to rapid change
  • Provides and accepts constructive feedback
  • Willing to lead projects, presentations, and stretch assignments
