Our global team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client support, helping clients make informed business decisions through our platform — with a focus on the Energy dataset. We foster a culture of respect, openness, and collaboration to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
The Impact:
As the face of the organization, we have a strong impact on our clients' opinion of the quality of the company as a whole, driving product usage and revenue. As we are in direct contact with clients and understand their needs, we also have the opportunity to relay client feedback to the company, which is valuable in shaping future product releases.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Primary point of contact for providing critical research and value-add knowledge to our diverse client base at various companies primarily in US, and across the globe, through calls, e-mails and chats.
Channel client ideas and feedback to our content and product management teams to help improve the quality and accuracy of our database and products.
Collaborate with senior team members on projects and build expertise in different sectors of the Energy industry: natural gas, power, coal.
Record webcasts that provide walkthroughs of S&P Global Market Intelligence products and cover major industry trends.
Support clients by collaborating with the financial modelling team to help build customized, data-driven Excel models.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Accounting
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years working experience
Knowledgeable in accounting and finance, the energy industry or the global economy
Customer-centric with positive personality, preferably with customer service working experience
Must have excellent critical thinking, writing, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Must be proactive and capable of multitasking effectively
Team-player mentality with strong collaboration skills
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications are a plus
Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule
Willing to come to the Makati office at least 2x a week
