Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver candidates who exceed expectations. Champion the candidate experience from first contact to final offer, ensuring every interaction reflects excellence and opportunity. Drive recruitment campaigns that spotlight career growth, global impact, and professional development. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to offshore or international hiring. Strong understanding of local labor market trends and recruitment best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills in English. High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity. Proven success in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent in the Philippines.
