What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to offshore or international hiring. Strong understanding of local labor market trends and recruitment best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills in English. High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity. Proven success in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent in the Philippines.
