What You'll Do:

  • Sourcing: Be the primary person responsible for finding and identifying candidates using various tools (like Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Outreach: Contact passive candidates with compelling messages to generate interest.
  • Support: Assist the recruitment team with posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and keeping our candidate database (ATS) organized.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment support.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Available to start quickly for a 5-month term.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
