  1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates

  2. Coordinate training sessions with different group Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and payroll data

  3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

  4. Generate timekeeping reports and assist in payroll processing

  5. Ensure all company permits and registration are updated

  6. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
