Job Description: Our company is currently looking for an administrative assistant who could help with admin work like handling payments for SSS/Philhealth/Pag-Ibig. The opening is permanent. Office location: 87 Gen. Molina St, Parang, Marikina City.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English or any related field
  • Proficient in English and Filipino
  • At least basic knowledge of Excel/Word

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Senior High School (preferred)

Administrative Assistant – Makati, National Capital Region (Skin Manila Inc.)

Job Description: Assisting admin officer in processing permits, petty cash handling, logistics, purchasing, and related admin duties for Skin Manila fit-out clinics. Willing to do field work and other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Process permits with LGUs
  • Custodian for petty cash
  • Maintain maintenance for fit-out clinics
  • Field tasks as needed
  • Logistics tracking
  • Purchasing process
  • Book logistics and accommodation when necessary
  • Ad-hoc tasks from management

Job Description: Responsibilities include capturing and updating SAP material masters, receiving material catalogue information, evaluating requests, and maintaining records for hazardous materials or manufacturer part information. Engineering graduates (mechanical, chemical, electrical) with or without experience in Procurement / Master Data / Materials are welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and update SAP material masters to client standards
  • Receive and process material catalogue information from IMC
  • Evaluate requests and obtain necessary approvals for loading to the material master
  • Maintain records for Hazardous Materials, AMPL, Manufacturer Part (HERS)
  • Update materials catalogue data and send for approval
  • Capture approved updates to material records

Requirements:

  • Engineering graduates (mechanical, chemical, electrical)
  • With or without experience in Procurement / Master Data / Materials
