
Sales and Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Administrative Assistant and detail-oriented individual who can handle a dual role: driving sales growth through client acquisition and relationship management while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities through client outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct product/service presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, quotations, and contracts as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, clients, and transactions in the CRM or database.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
- Handle inquiries, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
- Support coordination of company events, sales activities, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage filing systems, office supplies, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
