Overview Tailored Management | Full-Time | On-site | Third Shift (US Time Zones) Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process. Assign and manage new hire electronic paperwork and background check packages based on client and legal requirements. Review and approve onboarding documents, including US Form I-9, employment handbooks and policies, and client-required forms. Review background check results and partner with the US Compliance team on any required escalations. Support ongoing compliance requirements, such as license renewals and medical testing. Maintain accurate records and track candidate progress, ensuring transparency with internal teams. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR Coordination, or a related experience. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-growing business environment. Exceptional communication skills with a service-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems. Knowledge of US onboarding processes and compliance requirements. Location and Working Environment Location: Apex Sky 18F Skyrise 3B, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City 6000, Philippines. Hours: 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. PHT, to support United States-based Clients.
